Enquiry details are used solely to respond to you, prepare the information you asked for, and — where you request it — introduce you to a relevant independent registered tax professional. We do not sell or rent personal data. Enquiries are delivered to our team mailbox (bd@juaraholding.com) and, when you continue on WhatsApp, are handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
Sensitive tax information
Please do not send us tax identification numbers, SPT documents, or financial records through the enquiry form. If you engage a registered tax consultant we introduce, share documents with them directly under their engagement terms.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses functional cookies (page caching and, if you dismiss our cookie notice, a small preference value) and may use privacy-respecting analytics for aggregate traffic. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
Data retention and your rights
We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to assist you. You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information you sent us by emailing bd@juaraholding.com.
